Pre- and Post-Natal
Being fit and healthy before, during and after pregnancy has huge rewards – some of these can include: fighting fatigue; improving sleep; protecting your back; releasing feel-good chemicals to boost your mood; increasing the chances of a healthier baby; having an easier labour (possibly!) and speeding up your postpartum recovery. It is important to know what exercises are suitable for fulfilling your fitness goals while the body has to re-adjust stretched muscles and skin tone. I aim to educate and motivate you to exercise during pregnancy and beyond, regardless of your starting level, whilst delivering safe and effective exercise.
Sports Massage is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring muscle balance. It manages stress, prevents injury, treats injury and optimises performance. I am here to help promote recovery and prevent injuries and stress from occurring.
